If the app says your device is restricted and shows a REF code, you can appeal. Appeals are reviewed by a person, never auto-rejected.

Note your REF code
It looks like REF-XXXXXX and appears on the app's notice screen.

Send an email
Tap the button below, fill in your REF code and a short description (for example: rooted for development, company VPN...).

Get a reply
We reply within 3 business days. If the restriction was a mistake, it is lifted and your reputation score restored.
Never send passwords or sensitive information. We will never ask you to install another app.
